Six months ago I had the need to replace an existing customer's aging phone system, so I decided to install the SL1100 system... It wasn't long before I began scratching my head trying to figure out how to program different things. I spent hours on youtube and reading the manual. I finally gave up and called NEC SL1100 Distributors tech support. [Your techncian] took the bull by the horns and got the system programmed. As new things came up I called him again and he took care of it. He also took the time to train me as we went along. He was very patient and never once made me fell like I was wasting his time.
